TECNO products, with 3 to 15 level housing, allow use to the utmost of advantages deriving from high density breeding. For easy inspection the housing can be equipped with intermediate gangways.
Quality and Durability:
The legs of the feeders are of high quality galvanisation and are extremely easy to walk on. The frame and the heads are very strong.
Drinkers:
The drinking trough is the “nipple” type located at each partition with a drip stopper underneath or else a container that collects water drops.
Input:
Two systems have been adopted to distribute feed:
• cart with hopper with levellers, mobile, that guarantee adjustment and uniformity of the feed distribution up to a length of 150 linear meters of the housing;
• flat chain which is widely reliable from a mechanical point of view. The feeders are in GZ 350 galvanized sheet metal with a special no-waste profile. On request supports per each meter can be supplied.
Egg Gathering Lift System:
It allows level by level egg gathering, by positioning the conveyor belt crosswise in relation to the various levels of the housing. It is wholly realized in stainless steel and anodized aluminium whose reliability can be guaranteed to the utmost during operations. Special brush units guarantee meticulous cleaning of the belts that gather the eggs.
Niagara System:
It allows egg gathering on all levels at the same time, optimizing gathering times. The chain that conveys the eggs to the chosen height has a fixed position and so makes installation easier decreasing the technical space needed for it. The speed of the belts can be varied so to adjust the egg flow in relation to the capacity of the machine that gathers the eggs.
Egg Belt Cleaning:
In combination with the cart, TECNO POULTRY EQUIPMENT has realized an “AIR BLOWING” system on the belts, eggs and foot-rests that is able to ensure outstanding cleaning consequently avoiding dust deposits.
Macronew Computer Management:
Programmed ventilation, graduated window openings, consumption data recording with weighing of the feed flow and with grit dosing, water consumption, egg counter for each level of the housing and of the total building with automatic programming of the gathering speed.
Connecting is possible by means of a company supervisor to remotely manage and control all the main functions of the building.

Feed input, cleaning, egg gathering, Anaconda-lift, chicken manure drying end lighting.
• Pad cooling:
With cellulose panels close to the wall or with a lower window for air intake with the pad off
• Tecno Fog System:
With high pressure sprinkling nozzles + “NON WIND HOOD” / “DIMMING”.
Airblowing System for Animal Ventilation and Drying Chicken Dung:
The system allows dehydration of the chicken dung directly on the layers underneath the housing. The drying turbines use the hot air inside the building by compressing it at a high pressure into longitudinal tubes. The tubes have suitable holes that guarantee uniform drying of the chicken dung.
Chicken Manure Removal:
Removal of the chicken dung is carried out by belts that are positioned at each level of the housing. The chicken dung is unloaded by the belts onto conveyors positioned at the head of the building. The conveyors collect the chicken dung from the belts and can transport it even for long distances to other buildings for storage or to trailers to be taken away.
